In April of 2025, I received the honor of becoming a Gold Rush Member for the upcoming school year. Being chosen as a member means I get the opportunity to help lead the spirit and energy at sporting events in a positive way. I've also looked up to past members, so making it this year meant that much more. When I found out that I was selected, it was incredibly rewarding to know that my enthusiasm and leadership were being recognized around the school. Not only was it rewarding, but it further increased my sense of pride with the school, as my time at Neuqua has been one of the most important times of my life, where I have learned many things that have shaped me into the person I am today and will continue to for years to come, so to be an influence and positive role model for younger generations is truly heartwarming.
